Refund & Delivery Policy
We do not accept returns for Water4fish imprinted promotional items unless they are damaged.
1.You cannot cancel an order once we have accepted it, unless this is agreed in writing by Water4fish via e-mail and with our agent.
2. It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery.
3. If faulty goods are to be returned to us you must first obtain an Authorisation from our Customer Services department. The Authorisation will be valid for 24 hours. We will arrange at our expense for collection of the goods, which must be available for collection in their original packaging together with all accessories.
4. We cannot accept unauthorised returns which do not have an Authorisation.
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Your satisfaction is our primary concern, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service department via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact customer service at 0203 3972 172.
7. Imprinted logo and personalized items are not returnable unless defective. All claims of damaged or defective promotional items must be made within 24 hours from receiving.
8. You must repackage the item in its original box with your receipt. You must ship your item prepaid. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges unless items arrives damaged and is reported to customer service on day of delivery.
9. You will receive a full refund if an order has not been authorised by the person whose name is shown on the credit or debit card by e-mail and after personal contact from Water4Fish Customer Service.
10. The refund will be payable only to the account person or organization that made the payment.
11. Samples are not refundable and cannot be returned. We offer the samples purchasing option for the future customer to check the quality and look of the item before bigger order or for the purpose of presenting them to your customers.
Price paid for a sample can be deducted from the bigger order placed for the same items and a special offer code will be given over the phone whilst placing another order.
12. Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 working days.

We will not accept any unauthorised returns.
13. Offered items are displayed on our website and 'Order a sample' option allows you to purchase a single item before going for bigger order. This option needs to be used in case of any doubts regarding any items you may require. Use of this option minimise the risk of purchasing bulk items and returning them afterwards.
14. Shipping cost for all returns of bulk non-personalised items (unless faulty) are to be settled in full on the expense of the client.
How long will it take to receive my items with personalisation?
You will receive your personalised items up to 2-3 weeks.
The time we reserve for production depends on what kind of items you have chosen and how much work is involved to personalised them for you. Also we need to check the quality of production and deliver them to you.
How long will it take to receive my items without personalisation?
Items without personalisation we can deliver within 5-7 working days.
